When: Monday January 16th at 9pm. Where: Bloomfield Bridge Tavern 4412 Liberty Ave. Pgh PA. 15244. 412-682-8611. Description: This show is the 29th annual Martin Luther King benefit for the Duncan+Porter Homeless shelter at 1516 Manhattan St. Northside. This year has three new rockin-jazzy-swinging-punk bands, The Knauer Brothers at 9pm, Qlitterati at 10pm, then at 10:30 a special tribute by PhatManDee, Gena+ Tommy Amoeba to the memory of Bobby Porter the great Pittsburgh punk rock band leader-singer who played these MLK-concerts for decades. Then at 11pm Midnight Ensemble. Suggested donation $5 for the rich, $10 for the even richer.
